This post was titled by my son.  Clearly he’s quite advanced in code.

Over the weekend, Husband and I started painting what is to become BG’s new room.  His big boy room, if you will.  The one he’ll move to when Romulus makes his grand entrance to this world.  Lawdy.

This room’s theme is going to be the sea.  You might remember BG’s nursery in all its gloriousness.  Well, we hope to bring it just as much with the new room.  It’s been a while since I’ve had a project to report on, and I’m really excited about this room so I thought I’d share some sneak peaks at what we’ve done so far.

The room started out a shade of brown that can only be likened to poop. 

 

 

 

 

 

Then, by Saturday morning, it was all primed and trimmed in blue.  Ocean Mist on the top and Aqua Chiffon on the bottom.  Both Olympic and low VOC.  Holla!  (Sorry about the excessively large picture)

 

Here’s another look at the top, which is to become the sky, although it’s hard to really capture the true color.
